    What format should I send the files in?

    At least 320 Kbps mp3, or a higher quality format such as wav.

    How do I send the tracks?

    Add a download link from WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive in the order form. We delete the files once your order is complete.

    How do you deliver the mix?

    A professionally mastered mix in 320 Kbps mp3. On request we send it in wav too, at no extra charge.

    What if I want something changed?

    One revision is included in every package. Need more? Add an extra revision to your order.

    Will anyone know you made it?

    No. We produce mixes on your behalf and never mention our involvement.
