Sync Mixing Sessions 005
Welcome to a new episode of Sync Mixing Sessions, with Norberto Cura behind the decks! Nothing but the latest dance
If you’re syndicating your show but not seeing real results, you’re not alone. Many music shows put in the work — recording, mixing, promoting — yet still struggle to gain traction or get picked up consistently by stations.
Our 6-month Syndication Growth Programme goes beyond feedback. We work with you hands-on to rebuild, refine, and strengthen your show — from structure and positioning to production and overall quality — so it becomes more attractive, more consistent, and ready for real syndication growth.
This is not a one-off audit or a generic consultation. We don’t just tell you what’s wrong — we work with you to fix it, step by step, and guide you through the changes that actually improve your show.
Together, we refine your concept, strengthen your structure, improve production quality, and sharpen your overall positioning — so your show becomes clearer, more consistent, and significantly more attractive to radio stations.
A clear structure and flow make each episode consistent, easy to follow, and reliable for stations to schedule. This creates a show that feels predictable in the right way and fits naturally into programming.
A clear purpose behind syndication defines whether the focus is promotion, royalties, audience growth, or long term brand value. Each episode supports that goal and contributes to a bigger strategy, delivering real results instead of just distribution.
Listening should lead somewhere. Each episode can guide listeners towards platforms, your brand, or the next step in your ecosystem, turning passive listening into real engagement and measurable actions.
Clean, consistent, and professional execution ensures the show meets the expectations of radio and fits seamlessly into programming. This removes friction and makes the show easier for stations to use.
A recognisable sound through intros, IDs, and overall identity makes the show easier to remember and stronger on air. It also helps stations position the show more clearly within their schedule.
Proper presentation, distribution, and promotion help reach the right audience and support long term growth. This builds momentum around the show and reinforces its value for stations.
The programme is built for creators who are serious about improving their show and committed to making the necessary changes.”

Building a successful music show requires more than just recording and uploading episodes. Most shows fail to grow not because of the music, but because of structure, consistency, positioning, and execution.
This programme is designed to go deeper than surface-level feedback. Instead of just analysing your show, the focus is on identifying what holds it back and actively improving it over time — so it becomes more professional, more consistent, and more attractive to radio stations.

The programme starts with a deep audit of your show, identifying what is holding it back across structure, production, branding, and overall positioning. You receive a clear, structured document with actionable recommendations, giving you a roadmap to follow and improve your show throughout the programme.

You don’t just get feedback, you hear the difference. Through real examples and applied changes, you experience how your show can improve, and if needed, an episode can be rebuilt together to show what the next level should sound like.

You are not left alone after the audit. Questions, challenges, and decisions come up as you improve your show, and you get guidance along the way to apply changes properly and keep moving forward.

It’s hard to see your own show objectively. A fresh, external perspective helps uncover what is holding it back and what needs to change, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Submit your show and tell us about your goals. We review your current setup and assess whether we can genuinely help improve your show.
If it’s a good fit, we define the key areas to improve and set a clear direction. The programme starts with a detailed audit and a focused action plan.
Over the next 6 months, your show is refined step by step — improving structure, sound, positioning, and overall performance to make it more attractive to radio stations.
