Norbert actively worked as a DJ in the early 2000s, and in 2006, he launched his weekly radio show on Preston 103.2 FM in England, which he ran for six years and by the end was broadcasted by more than 70 radios worldwide. His activities were not limited to his own show; he also actively participated in (and continues to participate in) the creation of other radio shows.

In 2010, he founded and has since been the managing director of Syndicast, a revolutionary technological platform that connects music performers, record labels, and radio show directors worldwide. This effort reflects his commitment to using technology to create unprecedented connections in the music industry. Syndicast is used by major music publishers such as Universal Music, Sony, Warner, and numerous independent labels including Cr2 Records, Smash The House, Revealed, alongside independent artists.

In addition to these services, Syndicast has offered efficient hosting services for podcasters from the beginning. Norbert’s experiences have made him an exceptionally versatile professional, who has proven his abilities and commitment to technological innovation in many areas. In 2021, he created the Sync Mixing project to assist podcasters, regardless of the stage of their show’s evolution, focusing on podcast and radio show production.
